MySikhYatra is a global Sikh heritage Yatra company, registered in New Zealand, with strong roots in Pakistan and deep connections to Sikh community and heritage, created to connect Sikh travellers around the world with the sacred places of Sikh history in Pakistan. We welcome Yatris from New Zealand and Australia to Canada, the UAE, Singapore and the wider Sikh diaspora, and help them travel with greater understanding, connection and care.
We combine pilgrimage, learning, culture and community in one experience, rather than treating a sacred journey as an itinerary with a religious detour attached to it.

Who you travel with
MySikhYatra brings together people who have spent years connecting Sikh travellers with the places at the heart of their history. Our team combines community leadership in Pakistan, heritage education expertise and long experience of organising journeys across borders.
Our team includes the President of the Sikhs in Pakistan Sewa Society, a member of the Chief Minister of Punjab's Advisory Council on Minority Affairs and Human Rights, and a member of the District Peace Committee in Nankana Sahib.
Team members bring more than 15 years of experience in heritage education and in managing educational and cultural trips. One has worked as a consultant on a UNESCO heritage education project on religious tourism in Pakistan, including its Gurdwaras.
In recent years, members of our team have managed more than 10 journeys to Pakistan for Sikh Yatris from the USA, Canada, the UK and beyond. They have also led educational and cultural trips abroad for young people and community leaders, and have travelled to more than 30 countries, so they understand the expectations and practical details that matter most.
Travel arrangements are handled with our collaborator and logistics partner, an established travel company based in Lahore whose leadership brings more than 20 years of experience in tourism.

A typical day
Breakfast 06:30, departure 08:00, pilgrimage and heritage visits, lunch 13:30, travel or cultural activities, dinner 19:00, then reflection or Kirtan where arranged.
Day 1
Welcome, comfort and orientation
Airport meet and greet, private transfer, hotel check-in, welcome dinner and tour orientation.
Overnight: Lahore hotel
Day 2
Birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji
Visit Gurdwara Janam Asthan, Gurdwara Patti Sahib and Gurdwara Kiara Sahib, with time for Darshan, Ardas and a guided heritage briefing, and a visit to Gurdwara Sacha Sauda in Chuharkana.
Overnight: Lahore or suitable accommodation
Day 3
Spiritual heritage and reflection
Visit Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur for Darshan, Ardas, Kirtan and Langar where available, followed by a visit to the Kartarpur Heritage Complex.
Overnight: Lahore or suitable accommodation
Day 4
Sikh history and sacred heritage
Visit Gurdwara Dera Sahib, the Samadhi of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and other confirmed Sikh heritage sites in Lahore, with a historical briefing and time for spiritual reflection.

Day 5
History, culture and reflection
Explore Lahore Fort and the Walled City on a guided heritage experience, with further religious visits, cultural exploration and leisure time where appropriate.

Day 6
A major pilgrimage milestone
Travel to Hasan Abdal to visit Gurdwara Panja Sahib for Darshan, Ardas and spiritual reflection, then continue to Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Overnight: Islamabad or Rawalpindi, 4 to 5 star hotel
Day 7
Culture, rest and connection
Cultural sightseeing, selected local attractions, shopping and a reflection session. The programme is adjusted to the group's interests and energy levels.

Day 8
Flexible and weather dependent
A scenic excursion, subject to weather, road conditions and group comfort. If conditions are unsuitable, it is replaced with a cultural, religious or rest programme.

Day 9
Closing ceremony and fellowship
Return to Lahore for free time, a closing Ardas and reflection, a farewell dinner and certificate distribution.
